- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We are located in Finland, and all our products are shipped directly from our office in Lohja on business days. Products are dispatched within 2-7 business days. While we endeavor to deliver all orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on the product and chosen delivery method. Any variations will be communicated separately on our online store pages. We ship to Finland, Scandinavia and EU countries (excl. Malta and Cyprus).

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Before returning the product, please contact our customer service (hammi@maiham.fi) . After your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Once the product is returned to us, we will refund the price of the product as well as the handling and delivery costs at the time of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the costs of the return.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Unclaimed shipments are not considered returns. For orders not picked up, we charge the redemption amount of the package, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer an exchange service. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
